Simple layered card: "Dream"

Hello ,

Todays I am here with a very simple card but i enjoyed making, as it was amazing to see that with very subtle and simple changes can make so much difference in the impact of a project. I used the same technique in the construction of the card but they look pretty different. On the last one I twisted things around and went to colour the borders instead of the base. I will try to walk you all through the process and hope you enjoy it.

DIY glitter paper or cardstock - does not rub off!!!!!

Hello Crafters!!!

Welcome to a new week.
I was going through my stash a while ago and realized that all my glitter tubes were wither dry completely or dry enough that it did not flow out smoothly from the tubes, but me being me was having a hard time thinking of throwing it all away, so decided to cut up the tubes and take out all the glitter and spread it on pieces of paper to make my own glitter paper.

I did just that and voila i had myself a stash of glitter paper that can be die cut to make embellishments and use on my projects. So I hope you enjoy this video and do try it out .

CD Mosaic: Recycled Photoframe!!!

Hello Crafters,

Welcome to my first DT post for Happy Little Stampers Mixed media Challenge. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kylie for having faith in me and helping me out with all my queries and doubts.

So this months theme is Recycle. and this got me thinking about the various projects I have been planning to do but never got started on them and this project is the first step towards the final goal. So this is a mosaic frame done with CD (Compact Discs), pieces for tiles and grout.

The project is simple and I hope it inspires you to use things around the house to make new things and recycle them into beautiful art or utility pieces and help keep the environment safe to.....All the best.
