Inspire!! A simple card and a twisted journey

hello Friends,
Back again today to share a super simple project with you all but before that I just want to ask all of you - Have you had days where you started off with an idea to do a project, then after you start you kept changing your mind about the things you wanted to do so final project turned out to be very different than what you started out with? I am asking this because this is what happened here too...I am still not sure how I feel about this one. Do let me know if you have had a similar day...
Now back to the project; this is my DT post for the ANYTHING GOES with DIES challenge for August over at Happy Little Stampers Challenge blog,

I Started with die-cutting the sunflower panel with cream colored card stock, I added some distress inks in the shades of yellow and orange however once done I decided to change the card base, did that but decided to add distress oxide ink to the base but did not like it and finally decided to fill the die-cut with different shares of yellow paper so I cut out 3 more panel in yellow orange and deep yellow and filled in the pieces like a jigsaw puzzle. and it seems to have turned out ok.

Hope you enjoyed through my struggles of making this simple looking card and will join us in the challenge this month.

Supplies that I used in this project are:

chocolate card stock : heavy duty cardstock
sunflower dies :
inspire die from peek-a-boo designs
coloured paper
Big shot die-cutting machine.

See you all soon

Thankyou for visiting my blog! would really like to know your feedback!! HUGS
